1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Ulya & Arturo through https://privatetourguidemexico.com.

By booking a tour, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

All tours must be paid in full before the tour begins.

Payment may be made:

  • Online via PayPal (when available), or
  • In person before the start of the tour, after prior reservation and confirmation

👉 Tours will not begin without full payment.

All cash payments must be made in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Due to local banking practices and restrictions in Mexico regarding foreign currency (including variations based on denomination, physical condition, and acceptance of banknotes), payments in foreign currencies (such as USD or EUR) are not accepted.

We recommend bringing the exact amount in cash whenever possible.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour
  • No refunds in case of no-show

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Changes and Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, depending on availability.

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or road restrictions
  • Safety concerns
  • Operational reasons

5. Late Arrival

Guests are expected to be on time.

If a guest arrives late:

  • The tour duration may be reduced, or
  • The tour may be canceled without refund

6. Client Responsibility

Guests are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time
  • Following instructions during the tour
  • Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear

7. Health and Physical Conditions

Some tours involve walking, stairs, or moderate physical activity.

Mexico City is located at high altitude. Guests may experience:

  • Shortness of breath
  • Fatigue
  • Dizziness

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

8. Conduct and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a guest:

  • Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Acts aggressively or disrespectfully
  • Puts themselves or others at risk

9. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

  • Personal injuries
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Delays or disruptions beyond our control

Participation in the tour is at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Services

Some services (including transportation arrangements and payment processing via PayPal) may involve third parties.

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.
