Arturo & Ulyana
Private Guides in Mexico City
Arturo was born in Mexico City and Ulyana in Russia. Together, since 2012 we have been guiding visitors through the history, culture and traditions of Mexico.
We studied at the National School of Anthropology and History in Mexico City and at the Association of Tourist Guides and Translators in Moscow. Currently, we offer private walking tours and tours with transportation in Mexico City and nearby destinations such as Teotihuacan, Puebla, Cholula, Taxco and Cuernavaca.
Arturo is also a professional genealogist who has helped many people reconnect with their ancestry, bringing a unique depth to the historical narratives shared during the tours. He is the author of two books on his own family history, reflecting a deep personal and academic engagement with the past.
Regarding languages, Arturo guides in English, Spanish and Russian, while Ulyana specializes in tours in Russian.
Mexico City:
Within Mexico City, we visit the Historic Center, Basilica of Guadalupe, and Coyoacán, including the Frida Kahlo Museum and Trotsky House Museum. Additionally, our routes cover San Ángel, Xochimilco, and Polanco.
Teotihuacan, the City of the Gods
In addition to the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, we explore the Temple of the Feathered Serpent.
Puebla, the City of Angels
Indeed, its Historic Center is recognized as one of the most beautiful Spanish cities in Mexico.
